Salami Dreamin - beach towel

WHO IS AUNT DOLL AND WHY IS SHE ON YOUR NEW BEACH TOWEL?
Aunt Doll, the inspiration for the book Salami Dreamin’*, has lived all 85 of her years in Canton, Ohio. She loves cured meats, knows more about the NFL than you do, plays strip mall slot machines with her vegetarian hairdresser of 43 years, and never tries to be funny but always is. When she worships the Northeast Ohio summer sun from the confines of her concrete-slab patio, which is often, she sports a terry cloth romper and frets about nothing in the world but her beloved soft, white Italian bread packing on the pounds. The gist of her story: enjoy every last blazing bit of those summer rays while you can, because we aren’t here forever.
